§ 02 · The product

Coaching that runs
while you train.

Oscar isn't a dashboard with extra steps. It's one paragraph in your Telegram, exactly when you need it. Here's what an athlete sees on a Tuesday.

Less data.
More decision.

Power files don't run races. Decisions do. Oscar reads your CTL/ATL/TSB, your last 90 days, your upcoming race and the local weather and tells you the one thing you need to do today.

  • Reads CTL · ATL · TSBEvery morning, Oscar reweighs your fitness, fatigue and form against your race date.
  • Speaks your sportTrail vert/km, run-walk fractions, NP/IF, Hyrox station splits, brick logic. Native vocabulary, not generic.
  • Adjusts in conversation"I missed Tuesday." "I'm sick." "I want to add a race." Oscar rewrites the week in one message.

A coach is irreplaceable for periodization, mindset and race-day calls. Oscar is for everything in between the daily "what does this workout mean?" question. Many of our users have a human coach AND Oscar.
Yes. Oscar prefers HR or pace if power isn't available, and uses RPE language for runners. The richer your data, the sharper the recap but a watch with HR is enough.
Because you already check Telegram. Building another app is asking athletes to install one more thing they'll mute by week three. Telegram gives us push notifications, voice notes and group chats for free.
We store your activity files and your conversation, encrypted, in EU data centers. We never sell. Delete your account and everything goes including the chat history.
Native English and French today Oscar follows you mid-conversation if you switch between the two. More languages on the roadmap.
Send "cancel" in the chat. That's it. No retention email, no friction. We'll send you your last 90-day summary as a parting gift.
